This Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Gladius Marketing. We understand that circumstances may change and a client may need to cancel their services. This policy outlines the process and requirements for cancellation.
2. Notice of Cancellation
Clients wishing to terminate their services with Gladius Marketing must provide a written notice of cancellation. This notice must be provided at least 30 days before the intended termination date.
3. How to Submit a Cancellation Notice
Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing. They can be sent via email or postal mail to the contact details provided below. The notice should include:
- The client’s name and contact information.
- A clear statement of intent to cancel the service.
- The desired date of termination.
4. Cancellation Without 30-Day Notice
If a client fails to provide a 30-day notice, they may be subject to additional fees or charges. The specific terms of these charges will depend on the individual service agreement in place.
5. Confirmation of Cancellation
Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, Gladius Marketing will process the request and confirm the termination of services in writing. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
6. Refunds and Pro-rated Charges
Clients are responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date. Any pre-paid services extending beyond the termination date may be eligible for a pro-rated refund, subject to the terms of the individual service agreement.
7. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
Gladius Marketing reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
